Every year at this time, the country gets just a little more nostalgic and sentimental for the past year. Whether you’re remembering your company’s triumphs, enjoying a trip through time in your personal memories or a mix of something in between, there is always a moment of reflection that gets just a little clearer during Thanksgiving. This year, Kidbilly Music is pausing to look back on the past year and give thanks for an amazing bounty of professional successes. Whether you’re just joining us or have been alongside us for some time, we invite you to enjoy our long list of things we are thankful for this year.
Music Team Building Is Growing—And We’re A Big Part Of It
For years, music team building as a concept has continued to rise among the ranks of events considered for companies and organizations of all sizes. When we were first starting out, this wasn’t the case. We had to forge new roads and do a lot of explaining along the way. Now we find that people seek us out, understanding what we do and who we are—we’re thankful for the validation that our work is recognized and growing in popularity around the world!
Creativity Protects Our Ability To Forge Paths And Be Ourselves
Peter Pan never wanted to grow up—and truthfully, at least a small part of each one of us agrees! In a creative industry where we get to express ourselves, explore creative paths and determine our own destinies, we are thankful for the opportunity to protect our free spirits and childlike inspiration and energy—it is what keeps us moving, motivating and successful!
Our Clients Are Truly The Best
We love our clients. Not only do we get to work with some of the best companies, large and small, around the world, we get to help inspire them to achieve greatness. It makes our small company feel like a part of each and every one of them—which in turn allows us to contribute to the growth and success of each company as if it were our own. Our clients appreciate this and welcome us with open arms, which is truly a great experience for all of us.
Did you know you can find our offices in Nashville, Chicago and now Los Angeles? Yes, we travel all over to facilitate the best music team building experiences you can find—but when we rest our heels, we do so in some pretty fabulous places. And having spread to three different cities during our short company tenure makes us feel pretty great too!
Our Company Culture Rocks
And lastly, on a personal note, Billy Kirsch (President of Kidbilly Music) is deeply thankful for the talented crew of songwriters who work with us. Grammys, Emmys, CMAs, Tonys, hit songs and fame; but still they genuinely enjoy bringing our programs to groups and extending their reach well into others’ development. We address issues of corporate culture in our work every day, and we are so proud and thankful that our own company culture is based on open communications, groupthink and innovation.
Wishing you and yours a very happy, healthy, and creative Thanksgiving holiday!
