London Events
We love nothing better than working in a city with as much musical heritage as London. We’ve become a leader for engaging music based programs in the UK by constantly evolving, while creating a broad base of repeat clients and new client groups.
London Team Building Programs
- We work with you before your program to learn about your organization and to set goals.
- At the event, we begin with an introduction and performance by our songwriter-facilitators to create context and draw people in.
- Then we break everyone into teams. Each team is led by one of our songwriters. Each team creates a song. We start with questions such as, “What do you do…or How do you contribute to your organization’s success” We explain rules of brainstorming – there are no bad ideas, no judgment, so everyone feels comfortable contributing. Ideas flow through the room as people answer questions, build on each other’s suggestions and work together to create a shared story through song.
- As each team completes their masterpieces, they record their songs and work on performance ideas.
- We then get back together in the main room for team song competition. It’s always fun as teams take the stage to show off and compete for awards.
- Even the introverts will have forgotten they didn’t want to participate. You’ll be part of a group, you’ll be proud of what you’ve done and you’ll be led by a talented songwriter performer who will give you confidence and help you feel comfortable on stage.
- After the event: Audio recordings and lyric downloads of all your songs.
Plenary Sessions or Keynotes
- This interactive songwriting program works for groups up to a few thousand people. And it’s also great for groups starting at about 100 people and up.
- As with all our programs, we’ll learn about your organization and your goals prior to your event. We’ll create a custom opening performance and a plan to ensure we meet your goals.
- After our program introduction, our songwriters move throughout the room and everyone gets involved. We’ll ask questions to get ideas flowing, as themes and lyric suggestions fill video screens in the room. For large groups, we also use an audience response app to ensure that there’s plenty of hands-on engagement.
- Everyone has an opportunity to engage and share thoughts as we lead small group work within the larger session. You’ll brainstorm, collaborate and then share your ideas back with the entire group as your song comes together.
- We provide opportunities for participants to come forward during song performance to play tambourine, percussion, sing backing vocals and more, but there is never pressure to perform.
- When the song is complete everyone joins in as we sing and record
- Audio recordings of your song will be available after your event.
Small Group Team Programs
We often work with small groups. Small groups come with their own rewards and challenges. You might think you’d be uncomfortable in a more intimate setting, but we pride ourselves on helping everyone feel comfortable. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to work in-depth as ideas evolve and get developed into song lyrics.
There’s opportunity for a high level of engagement from everyone on your team. We’re experts at ensuring small groups have an easy, comfortable flow in which everyone will walk away feeling confident and inspired.
