Talk about good press—Nashville was named the “It City” in 2014 by countless publications, and our Nashville team building events have doubled this year. While I love highlighting our global reach and the fact that we take our team building programs worldwide, it’s been especially rewarding to have so many opportunities to create music right here in Music City.
We’ve recently led Nashville team building programs for Piedmont Natural Gas, Owen Graduate School at Vanderbilt University, the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville. Upcoming events include programs for PeerNet, the National Lifespan Respite Coalition, and the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators. And yes—we will find a way to rhyme “Otolaryngology” with something!

Our Team Building Goals for Nashville
Each of our clients has specific goals when they decide to work with us. But there are common goals that fit well for most of our clients.
- Fun – While fun may not be a quantifiable value in the corporate world, there is an important value in the power of fun. Fun = Engagement. When we have fun, we’re in the moment. We leave our analytical selves behind. We learn more about ourselves and our co-workers along the way.
- Interaction – Fun is most fun when it’s shared and co-created with people around you. Our music team building Nashville programs are inherently interactive as everyone works together, creating songs about shared experience.
- Communication – Songs are stories and songwriters are storytellers. All of our clients understand the value and the power in the stories that everyone organization has. Every organization has history, culture, mission, and goals that make it unique. The group songwriting process allows organizations to communicate and give voice to their unique story.
- Take-Aways – Bottom line; you’re writing your company song, or your association song, or your school song…What could be more powerful than creating your own theme song…talk about a feeling of ownership!
