The first quarter of the year has kept us busy with Nashville team building activities. While we continue to work across the U.S. and beyond, there’s no denying that Nashville team building and songwriting are a perfect match. Selling a musical program in Music City isn’t difficult, but delivering an unforgettable experience is a challenge I love and embrace.
Every client we’ve worked with in our Nashville team building programs this year has brought a unique set of goals and challenges. That’s what keeps my team engaged and focused—we never take anything for granted. Here’s a look at some of what we’ve been up to!
Family Farms Group
Family Farms Group is an organization made up of independent family farmers. They gathered for their annual meeting with goals to get to know one another better, share best practices, and create stories that communicate the special value of the family farmer.
We divided this group into 6 teams. Each team created a song with one of our hit songwriter-facilitators and then everyone gathered back together to perform their songs.
Here’s part of the lyric one team came up with:
3 generations of Family Farmers take the stage
We get up every morning before the sun
We got a job to do and we get it done

We grow it up, just to cut it down

Council For Advancement And Support of Education
CASE is a worldwide organization made up of the people who advance education through development, awareness and marketing of their respective schools. We led a group of 500 people through a sixty-minute song session. Sixty minutes, 500 people…believe it or not, everyone worked together and actually wrote a song.
Hilton Worldwide University
This is the arm of Hilton Hotels that trains its leaders, hotel owners, and managers on how to best represent the brand and deliver on what people expect from a Hilton property. There’s nothing I enjoy more than leading a group of trainers through our Nashville team building songwriting experience. While groups like this already understand the value of brainstorming and teamwork, it’s exciting to see how our Nashville team building activities help them reframe their knowledge and discover new approaches to communication and problem-solving.
