Team Building Programs In Nashville

With the opening of the Music City Center in 2013, the popularity of the ABC TV show “Nashville”, and Nashville’s storied history as an incubator for great music, I’ve noticed a marked increase in inquiries from diverse clients across the globe who are coming to Nashville to work, engage and play. In fact, while our music team building programs have grown by 50 percent this year worldwide, we’ve doubled the number of team building programs in Nashville this year over last. Although I’m partial to our own interactive programs, if you’re planning a meeting in Music City, you’ll want to know about all the best team building programs in Nashville.  Consider your options so you can find the best fit for your group.

  • Adventure Works is a well established, yet cutting edge source for ropes courses and more. For groups who seek physical challenge without pushing too far, this is a great option.
  • My friend and talented Lego facilitator, Jody Lentz is based in Nashville – Yes I did say Lego facilitator! I’ve taken part in Jody’s program and it’s engaging and productive. This is one of my favorite team building programs in Nashville.

  • I wouldn’t ordinarily recommend the following activity; but I’ve seen this work many times at The Wildhorse Saloon so it’s worth considering. Line Dancing…I know…sounds kinda hokey and forced. But when facilitated in an authentic saloon environment it’s a great kick-off to a night of honky-tonking in downtown Nashville. I can’t believe I just said honky-tonking…but this is part of what makes Music City a unique destination.
  • Music based team building and Nashville go together like bees and honey. My company provides really fun, highly interactive programs that range from small group team building to KeyNotes and conference icebreakers for several thousand. You’ll work with hit songwriters who will help you distill the essence of your company’s message into great songs about who you are and what you do. You’ll record and perform your songs too…but don’t be scared. The people in the picture above were scared but by the time they created their masterpiece they really loosened up – that always happens!
