This is where it all started for me, and for a lot of us. I know I’m biased but Nashville corporate team building is sort of synonymous with music team building. I ran into a client recently and he introduced me by saying I had invented the idea of team building through song. Well that’s not true, not at all.
What’s Unique About Nashville Team Building?
I decided to try and find the originator of music based team building programs but I couldn’t find one source. It’s unique to Nashville in that it’s woven into the fabric of our city. The Nashville Songwriters Association International, The Country Music Hall of Fame and the CVB have all offered musical solutions for corporate team building for quite some time. Great songs tell stories, music brings people together. Coming together to create your story in a fun musical environment is music team building, but it’s not forced. It’s team building for the I hate to do this group.
If at first, the idea is not absurd, then there is no hope for it – Albert Einstein.
There’s a reason companies as diverse as Google, Target and GE are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars and resources to help employees become more creative and innovative. Creativity is vital, not only to innovate, but also to solve day-to-day problems, to stay energized and enthused in the work we do. In our fast paced, ever changing world, creativity and innovation are the hallmarks of survival, growth and health for every organization.
Musical team building programs will help you create a culture of passion, innovation and purpose, encouraging the ability to experience change and growth and increased efficiency through sharing of best practices, common questions, concerns and challenges. Nashville is a passionate, creative town; a great place to tell your story through song. I hope you’ll join us the next time you’re here.
