Develop appreciation for “unknown” talents of my team members.

    Billy,

•Why do you want to do a team building program?

I supervise a great bunch of folks who work with another group of great folks. They are scattered all over TN and work on short projects in pairs. They all work from home. Over the course of a year everyone works with everyone else. We need a team building program to bring some continuity to our work. We are all on the same team, but sometimes it feels like we are competing with each other. The work requires coordination and cooperation, of which everyone is well aware, but it seems like it takes too much effort sometimes. Individual priorities and schedules get in the way. We work for a state agency so funds are scarce for travel and training events. We will have our annual get together in September and it would be so awesome to have you help us out. There are at least 2 of the 9 who are huge country music fans and a music related team building session would really get them engaged. Please help us get it together. Lee Ann Smith
